I felt like I was in the middle of nowhere, with the airport a million miles away and Mackinaw City just next door. It was like being in two worlds at the same time!
Who needs a solid night's sleep when you have the thrill of a medieval bed waiting for you! .

The room was super cute and newly renovated, with a relatively large bathroom and nice touches like a good-sized fridge. the property had a cozy, woodsy up north theme, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to the ferry to Mackinaw Island and fishing spots in Carp Lake. Cons: the room was quite small, with limited space to move around, making it mainly suitable for sleeping. Consider this if you prefer more room to relax during your stay.

Travelled with my husband, spent 3 nights here and had a great stay. The room was spotless with an exceptionally comfortable bed and hairdryers, a walk-in shower and towels in the bathroom. Came here for summer holidays, recommendable;)))

the room was spotless and provided with large closet as well as comfortable furnishings. it was nice to have a microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and refrigerators available. the hotel's staff was amicable and brilliantly friendly. loved the location by the lake.

We had an awesome 3-night stay at Moosewood Inn. the location was marvellous and stunning, within easy walking distance of a city museum. the area is wonderful, near the beach, ferries, and the island.
